Terms of Use for My Time Matters

These Terms of Use govern your use of the My Time Matters mobile application (“the App”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Subscription Terms
Subscription Title: My Time Matters Annual
Length: 1 Year (Auto-Renewable)
Price: $29.99 per year
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
3. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee financial outcomes, time savings, or decision results based on use of the App.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any decisions, financial or otherwise, made based on information provided within the App.
5. Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
