1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using My Time Matters ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service My Time Matters is a time tracking and salary calculator application that helps users track work hours, log work activities, and calculate effective hourly rates based on actual hours worked.

3. Subscription Terms The App offers a Premium subscription at $29.99/year.

• •Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• •Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• •You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• •No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

4. Free vs. Premium Features The free version includes basic time tracking (In Office activity type). Premium unlocks email, phone call, and text activity tracking, quick start buttons, custom alerts, and PDF export.

5. User Responsibilities You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter into the App.

6. Privacy Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://mytimeproducts.com/my-time-matters-privacy. All time tracking data is stored locally on your device.

7. Intellectual Property All content, design, and code in the App are owned by My Time Products and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of hourly rate calculations or that the App will be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Time Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
