Who Knows Me Best? (“WKMB”) is a product and service operated by My Time Products LLC (“My Time Products,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the WKMB mobile application, website, shared challenges, and related services.
WKMB is designed to let you create, share, and play challenges without requiring traditional user accounts.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
When you create or participate in a WKMB challenge, you may provide information such as:
• A creator or player display name
• Challenge answers and guesses
• Challenge responses
• Scores and results
• Information necessary to create, share, and manage a challenge
Please do not include sensitive personal information in names, answers, responses, or other information you submit to WKMB.
TECHNICAL AND USAGE INFORMATION
We may automatically collect limited technical and usage information necessary to operate, secure, understand, and improve WKMB.
This may include:
• Device and platform information
• Browser or application information
• IP address and general network information
• Session or installation identifiers
• Application and website interactions
• Challenge creation and completion events
• Performance, diagnostic, and error information
• Referral or acquisition information when available
We use this information to operate WKMB, understand how the service is used, improve the experience, measure performance, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
2. NO TRADITIONAL WKMB ACCOUNTS
Ordinary WKMB challenge creation and participation do not require a traditional WKMB user account.
WKMB may use locally stored identifiers, creator tokens, installation identifiers, or similar technical mechanisms to provide features such as challenge management, saved progress, or recognition of challenges created from a particular device.
These technical identifiers are not intended to function as public user profiles.
3. CHALLENGES, ANSWERS & RESULTS
WKMB stores information necessary to operate challenges, including questions, creator answers, participant guesses, scores, and results.
Creator answers are used to determine participant scores and reveal results as part of the challenge experience.
Challenge links are designed to be shared.
Anyone who receives or obtains a valid shared challenge link may be able to participate in that challenge.
Share challenge links only with the people or audiences you intend to reach.
4. DATA RETENTION
Challenge information is retained for a limited period based on the type of challenge or service associated with it.
Under the current WKMB service:
• Free challenges are generally retained for approximately 30 days.
• Eligible Plus challenges are generally retained for approximately one year.
Retention policies may change as WKMB evolves.
Information may also be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
Expired or deleted information may remain temporarily in backups or operational systems before being fully removed.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PURCHASES
WKMB may offer optional paid features or subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.
Payments made through the iOS application are processed by Apple. My Time Products does not receive or store your complete payment card information.
We use third-party subscription infrastructure, including RevenueCat, to verify subscription status and determine access to paid features.
Information used for subscription verification may include technical identifiers and entitlement information necessary to determine whether paid features are active.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through your Apple account settings.
6. ADVERTISING & GOOGLE ADSENSE
My Time Products may use Google AdSense to display and measure advertising on certain WKMB web experiences.
Advertising is not displayed throughout every WKMB experience.
The WKMB native iOS application does not currently display advertising.
Certain WKMB web challenges may also be provided without advertising based on the type of challenge or service being used.
Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device information, and similar technologies to:
• Provide advertisements
• Measure advertising performance
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Support advertising services
Depending on your location, consent choices, and applicable law, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
Where required, we use a Google-certified consent management platform to provide choices regarding advertising technologies. These choices may include the ability to consent, decline consent, or manage advertising preferences.
My Time Products does not intentionally provide Google with the following information for advertising targeting:
• WKMB challenge answers
• Individual quiz responses or guesses
• Creator names
• Player names
• Challenge scores
• Creator tokens
• RevenueCat identifiers
• WKMB challenge identifiers
Google may process information collected through its advertising services according to Google’s own privacy policies and practices.

Declining advertising consent or blocking advertising technologies, where available, should not prevent you from participating in the core WKMB challenge experience.
7. COOKIES & LOCAL STORAGE
The WKMB website may use cookies, browser local storage, or similar technologies for functions such as:
• Maintaining challenge progress
• Remembering appropriate preferences
• Supporting challenge creation and management
• Security and fraud prevention
• Analytics and performance measurement
• Advertising and consent management where applicable
Some technologies are necessary to operate the service. Others may depend on your consent where required by law.
Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies and locally stored information. Doing so may affect some WKMB functionality.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
WKMB relies on service providers and technology partners to operate portions of the service.
These may include providers supporting:
• Website and application hosting
• Database and backend infrastructure
• Subscription verification
• Application distribution
• Analytics and diagnostics
• Advertising and consent management
These providers may process information as necessary to perform services on our behalf or according to their own applicable privacy terms.
9. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use information collected through WKMB to:
• Provide and operate challenges
• Calculate scores and results
• Maintain challenge progress
• Provide challenge management features
• Verify access to paid features
• Maintain security and prevent abuse
• Diagnose technical problems
• Analyze service performance and usage
• Improve WKMB
• Provide and measure advertising on eligible web experiences
• Comply with legal obligations
• Protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users, My Time Products, and the service
10. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We may share information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate WKMB.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to:
• Protect users
• Prevent fraud or abuse
• Enforce our agreements
• Protect the rights and safety of My Time Products or others
My Time Products does not sell personal information to advertisers in exchange for monetary payment.
We do not intentionally provide individual WKMB challenge answers or guesses to advertisers for advertising targeting.
11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
WKMB is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
Users should not submit sensitive information about children through challenge names, answers, responses, or other content.
If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected in a manner requiring parental consent under applicable law and appropriate consent was not obtained, we will take reasonable steps to address or delete that information.
12. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under applicable law.
These may include rights to request:
• Access to certain personal information
• Correction of certain personal information
• Deletion of certain personal information
• Choices concerning certain data-processing activities
Because WKMB generally does not require traditional user accounts, we may need information such as a challenge identifier or other information reasonably necessary to locate relevant records and verify that a request relates to you.
Advertising and consent preferences may also be available through consent controls displayed on the website or through Google’s advertising privacy controls.
13. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information associated with WKMB.
However, no internet service, database, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Please do not place confidential, financial, medical, or other highly sensitive information in challenge names, answers, guesses, or responses.
14. INTERNATIONAL USERS
WKMB is operated by My Time Products LLC in the United States.
If you access WKMB from outside the United States, information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.
15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy as WKMB changes, as our service providers or business practices change, or as required by law.
When we make material updates, we will revise the “Last Updated” date shown at the top of this policy.
