Overview

TrueRate is built with privacy by default. Your business data never leaves your device.

Data We Collect

On your device (never transmitted to us):

• •Projects, clients, and billing rates
• •Time entries, expenses, mileage, and payments
• •All calculations and reports

Managed by third parties:

• •Subscription status — handled by RevenueCat. When you purchase or restore a subscription, RevenueCat processes your payment through Apple and stores your entitlement status. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
• •App Store purchase data — Apple processes all payments. TrueRate never sees your payment information.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store your project data, client names, financial figures, time logs, or any other business information. There are no user accounts and no cloud sync.

Analytics

TrueRate does not use analytics or crash reporting tools that transmit personal or business data.

Data Deletion

Deleting the app from your device permanently removes all your data. There is no account to delete.
